When we place an order, how long does it take to get the teas?

If there are no national holidays in between, it will typically take three days for Indian clients to get their orders.

It will typically take six days for our teas to arrive at your door if you are an international buyer. Your registered email address is assigned a tracking ID.

How are Headlee Green Teas packed?

Our teas are wrapped in top-notch packaging to guarantee that you get packets that are completely fresh and bursting with aromas since we have an obsessive desire to guarantee quality for our clients. However, please keep your teas in a cold, sealed container to guarantee they remain fresh for more than a year.

What is our cancellation policy?

If your order has not left our estate yet, we will give you a complete refund if you decide to cancel it for any reason between two to three days. Cash on delivery is exempt from this rule.
